🕑 Added 2016-05-03 04:53:53 +0000 UTC Drawing the underside of a tree where light is filtering through, probably one of the more harder things I've done working on this comic. It has to be believeable but still fit with the detail level and tone of the rest of the colors. When coloring pages I always do backgrounds first to establish mood and direction of the lighting, and then I tackle characters.If Meg is okay with it, I plan on doing some coloring streams on Picarto so those interested can see the process :3

Layered subsurface scattering. It's enough to give one the shivers. I could -never- handle either drawing or coloring something like this purely by hand. Brrr!! But yours -- It's looking FABULOUS!!!!!
