First Day
🕑 Added 2017-12-12 17:50:46 +0000 UTC Hey, remember this post and this post?Yesterday was formally my first day, but it was mostly talking to other people who seemed as nervous as I was, and filling out lots of paperwork (pictured here, on the inside of this folder).
One of the forms I signed was a Social Media Clause or Agreement of some kind, which basically just means that I'm not allowed to post anything I'm working on, onto social media. It makes it seem like I'm working on super top secret stuff that makes me sound very important but honestly it's just common sense. And, let's be honest, it's not like I post a lot of the things I work on at my dayjobs, anyway.
Today is our first meeting where we'll go over our script and get our storyboard assignments, so to me it finally feels like my first real day of work.
I might go a bit radio silent on other platforms strictly out of a personal need to focus on what I'm doing and to get the hang of this new gig, but I'll do my best to keep in touch with you guys here, and, of course, update the comic on time. I have 8 pages left until I'm totally done with this chapter and we get the week of Christmas off - I'm feeling pretty good.
Anyway, here we go! Thanks for sticking with me.
