Yeah, it's DEFINITELY a Patreon problem - but it's such a weird one, and definitely the first time it's happened to me. I've heard other people having problems every once in awhile like this, but I don't know if it affected so many of their Patrons like it did on this one. Either way, we were all on top of it, and we know to keep an eye out for it now. Thank you so much for sticking with me through this, sorry for the trouble.

Yeah, Patreon took a look and confirmed it was a glitch specifically affecting this account - luckily, we were all on top of it and with the information y'all gave me to forward to them, they were able to resolve it pretty quickly. Thank you so much!

Hello. I'm international and wanted to let you know that my patreon receipt has been processed yesterday, so it's all fine. (All the others had been processed on hte 2 November.)

Mine finally went through, I got a separate receipt and Paypal email. I know it wasn't a Paypal problem, because Patreon takes my pledges out of my incoming balance before I pay it out, and yours just wasn't on there this time. I hope this doesn't happen again! I know my dollar doesn't go far, but man, that's a lot of people's dollars to miss out on unexpectedly.

I confirmed from my November Patreon receipt that my pledge to you had not gone through, although all my other pledges were listed as expected. So I tried the lower-then-raise strategy hoping to shake the money loose and into your pockets. Hopefully that won't cause any complications, but if I do get charged twice, you keep it!

I got an email saying they charged me this morning (I didn't change my pledge at all), so hopefully they got it fixed? And I don't know about emails, but I am still getting app notifications about this post.

I saw that my pledge was processed this morning and thought it was odd to go through so late, but I trusted ya, and moved onto my next email. :D I will check my beginning of the month Patreon receipt better after this to see if something loopy happens again -- I'm so sorry I didn't notice earlier!

I re-upped a few days ago, and then they just charged me again today. I went through my bank to dispute the second charge, since the second charge caused an over-draft.

So I didn't show a payment going through to you this month. I re-upped and now I can see the posts I couldn't prior to doing that. But now I checked my billing history and it STILL doesn't show I've made a payment to you. All the others were paid out. I'll check a little later in the day and see if it went through and try again. So sorry this is happening to you. ETA: I see the payment just went through, whew...

I also reupped, but it was noticeably weird for mine I think only because I was in the $20 one (which the site didn't realize it existed until I dropped to 15 and then back up to 20). thanks for the heads up! <3

I edited my pledge down and then back up where it was. I also can't tell if it worked because all my patrons come out of the came card. My total looked right on my statement. Either way, I hope it helps get things under control for you. That's so frustrating.

I think I've fixed the issue with mine now. I had to do the "select a lower tier and then the original one" fix, and it looks like it might be split up into two payments as a result, but it should be good next month!

That's on my docket for today! I had hoped to send a single message out en masse to all Patrons whose payments were not processed, but that specific feature is NOT working right now, which means I have to manually send 400+ private messages as a workaround. (Yikes.) I honestly don't have time for that right now as I'm at my dayjob, but I'll be getting on that as soon as I can! Thank you very much for letting me know about the lack of email notifications, as well - I'm taking a screenshot of this information for my records and will be making private messages a priority.

It's a little hard to tell when individual payments don't go through, but all of mine are through a single paypal, and I have no idea why your payment didn't happen, when so many others' did. Anyway, I've taken care of that now!

I found I was able to fix the problem by just re-selecting my pledge, so that might work for others as well
