I saw sticky post on Nexus. I am at save number 500. Going to install it and hopefully I will know sooner than later if game is bugged. It looks so good too!

Currently we theorize it has something to do with the blood potion/feeding script. But only hypotheses for now.

is there yet any indication as to what determines whether or not loading 4.0 works on an existing 3.3 save? It worked without a hitch for me. It should be possible to isolate the determining factor(s)

Quick question on House of Horrors well two actually? I remember starting House of Horrors in 3.3 I believe before I started a new save for the Pre-Release and now open beta where I recall Serana having a meltdown due to well what is in the House of Horrors, I just want to check did that change? If I skimmed over something that was mentioned in the changelog or it's just an issue with me then my bad. Edit: Second question I figured out.

Where as it says BETA, if I download it now and start a new playthrough, will there be an updated 4.0 that is no longer BETA and is safe to play mid playthrough on 4.0? Or will it require another restart? And will any future updates require a restart?

So definitely a new save is required. No workarounds or tweaks to upgrade from 3.3 in middle of playthrough or post dawnguard. Okay. I wish I was wrong. Gonna go get drunk now...

Also I recommend you update to this from the current pre-release. Bunch of fixes: - The Twilight Princess Armor and Valerica Convo use an out-of-context dancing animation for one of their dialogue topics respectively. This will be removed. - The Twilight Princess Armor commentary will now trigger by regular dialogue and not a blocking greet, as to make it uniform with the rest of SDA's mod armor commentary. Also there was a weird bug with GYH which prevented the commentary from firing for some reason. - Line frequency of "it would be nice to see the courtyard again" reduced - SKSE Fallbacking Script Improvements - Improvements to trigger distance of Serana and Sybille Banter. Previously there was no distance requirement so the conversation could be started even if Serana and Sybille were not near each other. - SDA Spell Toggle still doesn't have toggles for the rest of Serana's spells, like drain life, and the shock+ice ones. - Even if you heed Serana's request in refusing to participate in Boethiah's ritual, she will end up commenting to you at the end of the quest as if you just did. ----- ALL DONE FOR OPEN BETA RELEASE -------
