I know this might not be everyone's cup of tea. But would you like an infection themed animation? You have any ideas in mind?
I don't promise anything yet, i am still to take a look on how that infection geometry nodes setup works, and how it all fits with what im doing.
But just let me know if its any point in trying though, if you like this theme.

Start with one of the infected fucking Jill as most of the scene, end it with her riding a male character like Leon or Carlos with them unable to get her off of them

My suggestion piggybacks off of Chris above; Start with a fight-off, go into a reluctant (can't use a certain word) BJ, infection starts spreading and Jill goes into a corrupted/willing sex animation. Bonus points from me if we see her prowling afterwards looking for more...

Something like the "fight off" animation. To show of the infection effect on the face/head the positions are for a BJ.
