Obe Ata - New Custom Recipe

Obe Ata is a Nigerian red pepper stew, usually cooked with chicken or other meats but it can be cooked without. It's made with red peppers, onion, tomatoes and plenty of scotch bonnet peppers for that spicy kick.
Notes:
- It has all three sizes (8 servings, 4 servings and single serving)
- Vegetarian-Safe, Lactose Free!
- Optional icemunmun thyme, scotch bonnet, red bell pepper, EA any onion, garlic and tomato, as well as (for the chicken version) SCCO poultry ingredients (food can still be cooked without)
