Vegetable Dhansak Curry - New Custom Recipe

Dhansak is a Parsi Indian dish, however the vegetarian versions one sees are heavily dhansak curry is adapted from the traditional, as the traditional sauce contains either mutton or goat meat. The vegetable version retains the core flavours, however with the sweet and sour effect gained by the combination of ingredients.
Notes:
- It has all three sizes (8 servings, 4 servings and single serving)
- Vegetarian-Safe, Lactose Free!
- Optional Icemunmun red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, fenugreek, EA tomato, potato, as well as SCCO any oil ingredients (food can still be cooked without)
