Deffo one of my fave rambles just because of the squeak lol. Tbh I like the scrolling/clicking since it’s adding another layer of noise so it’s not just deafeningly silent in the background. But that’s just me and my zero experience in sound mixing/mastering so idk if it’s like logistically bad to keep it

(it could also be the mic picks up certain frequencies more- clicking doesn't sound particularly loud to the human ear but prob that range/timbre gets funneled pretty quick into the mic)
