Aye bro can you do a video on how you like to meditate & reach the self? If you got a technique I’d love to hear it, I been listening to Nisgardatta Maharaj pointers and it helps me reach the self but I was wondering if you have a specific technique .
ended up eating fruit at 10:30 at night last night and still woke up w energy. i even had a semi lucid dream last night , i most definitely benefited from this ekadashi fast. blessings and praise my reflection ❤️❤️🙏🏾
