Between the lawsuits, investigations and attractions burning down, I think we may need a scorecard. Perhaps something like the official "Reedy Creek State Prison (Happiest Prison on Earth) Scorecard" It could have a section for each type of disaster they are going through.

Maybe Bob is worried. He's certainly going to soak in his win tonight for sure, but this seems to me like he took a page from Jack Welch's earnings manipulations handbook, and he doesn't have to worry about it because the investor majority doesn't care (like Jack). Though if Deadpool 3 comes out and does well, I wonder if they will attempt to spin it for the rest of the year as "Problem Solved! Everything's Fine!", and then also claim their streaming service (whatever it is called) is also profitable.

I'm with Gary from Nerdrotic in that Bob Iger should get exactly what he wants. It's accelerationism. It's gonna be bleak in the short term as things continue to fail, but that may be what is needed to see a cultural shift away from DEI/woke and for real change to happen at Disney and them going back to being a family entertainment company. Peltz and team will be in a better position next year and then have the ability to enact more change than if he won today.

If Elon jumps into the stock end of this before next year it'll be a game changer. Maybe not a majority but close enough to a coalition with some existing board members. Maybe not all of them are equally happy with Bob.
