Actually, I’m pretty sure that Slaanesh being born was so horrifying that it cleared out the Warp a bunch, which is why the Great Crusade started straight after: the warpstorms around Terra were gone, so it was back in contact with the rest of the galaxy and Jimmy Space could make that everyone else’s problem

The pointy eared holier than thou perks who ad a while seem convinced they can avert their fate when they were the species that royally screwed everything (recently) by birthing Slaanesh and the Eye of Terror, which riled up the Warp and sent things careening. Also they get nommed by the Chaos God they made automatically upon death without protection

The Blood Ravens are the chapter that you play as in the Dawn of War games. They have, among the fans and a bit in Canon, gained a reputation for being total kleptomaniacs since there are multiple items and pieces of wargear in their possession that the only way they could have it is if they stole them. Among the most vaunted of those items is war gear belonging to Primarchs, and a whole ass suit of golden Custodes power armor.

A servo skull would make sense for the whole ‘Blue plays the game, Red sits in the back and distracts/helps’. Alternatively, the Blood Ravens are a red-themed lore-obsessed Chapter from the other big Astartes-enabled video game series, Dawn of War, so that would be somewhat in-character and put the two of you on something like equal footing. On the third mechadendrite, Aeldari do come in red and hang around with Ultramarines these days - though that might be more Cyan’s area going off the current state of the fanon. Maybe Celestine/Living Saint of your choice? That seems the more mytho-poetic side of the Imperium’s armies, which has some parallels.

This is ridiculously specific, but there's a faction of the Eldar called the Void Dancers who look like lil rainbow harlequins with lil masks, think you'd find it fun to do art for since they have a cool design. Don't think they're actually in the game but they still look pretty neat
