I hope Blue wound up watching the Bumblebee movie after all, because it's a blast. I'd never been a Transformers fan despite being a child of the '80s, but I had a ton of fun watching it.

One of my favorite examples of the theme song playing when someone is winning is from Bleach when Ichigo is attacking Aizen. The theme song plays, everyone is trained to assume a big win. But then, Aizen stops the mf music. Him blocking this attack and nuking Ichigo made it so the lyrical version of the theme NEVER plays again in the entire original series. One of my least favorite is from Digimon Adventure where every god damn time the digidestined are winning the horrible "hey digimon hey digimon, champions of the digital world" plays and it's so out of place

As someone that was also obsessed with AMVs I completely get Red, the beat is there for a reason use it! I also get annoyed when people just put a fight scene to a fun song and then don't edit the fight scene at all and call it an AMV, no it's not that's just a fight scene with a different song over it!
