Secret Cleo! (And quick billing update)

But also, QUICK UPDATE on the switch from PER-VIDEO billing to PER-MONTH: Our page was scheduled to migrate from per-video billing to per-month back on March 3rd. However, the change hasn't processed yet.
I've been in contact with Patreon and they apologized profusely – they say they're overbooked on pages to migrate and are working on it as fast as they can, but have essentially no idea when the swaperoo will happen.
I was loosely promised "before April", but that isn't very assuring.
For now, this means our page will be business as usual – each new video this month will be a "paid post" like normal, and whenever the switch happens, the switch happens.
We had hoped to sort this out all nice and clean and get this tidied away in one pre-planned day, but despite months of efforts that's unfortunately outside of our control.
I apologize for any confusion or frustration resulting from this process (believe me I'm right there with you). I hope that the next time I have anything to say about this, it'll be "wow look it's all done". Until then, thanks for bearing with us. <3

Boy, I'm sure glad they were thoroughly ready to perform the switchover they are requiring on a number of channels they had all the data necessary to count. Sure would have been stupid to not have that change tested and ready to roll out all at once, or scheduled in advance across several weeks if it actually takes some amount of work to perform each switch (which is itself absurd BUT ANYWAY.)

No worries and also this does explain why my patreon subs that were supposed to change with this update did not change, and I actually worried I had done something wrong because Anxiety is a bad house guest. Ty for letting us know 💜

Did anyone else get a refund from Patreon because of this? I got a notification from PayPal saying I'd been refunded 13 cents, even tho I never asked for one
