At least non-car traversal in Cyberpunk got better once they added a rideable metro. But when driving, even in the game’s early days, I found myself doing most of my driving by just coasting rather than flooring it. Also feathered the breaks a lot and just went with the flow a lot of the time. Not sticking to the road rules but not driving like a lunatic either. Also using the Quatra V-Tech for a lot of it because it’s got traction (unlike all the Type-66s where they all feel like you’re driving on ice).
