This is I believe just through iOS! CC should be totally fine if on a browser! I’d suggest looking on your browser or desktop and seeing if there’s a price difference! I hate to think people are paying more :((

Yeah paying subscription on apple devices sucks because apple charges the app developers to publish their apps so that means the devs will have to up the prices
