On the 10-2 verdict, you guys showed some surprise at it not being a"majority rules" vs. unanimous. Uh... For federal criminal trials, it's always been unanimous, and for state criminal trials, most states had unanimous verdicts until 2020, when the Supreme Court ruled that all state criminal trials must have a unanimous verdict.

Warning shots are down for 2 reasons. 1 that bullet has to come down somewhere if it is shot up. 2 (at least in Nebraska) The state patrol who investigates all warning shots wants the round to be recovered as evidence. It is alot easier to recover if you know where it landed.
