All these years and I've been defeated by two assholes. I broke down and bought a proper phone. It seemed easier than submitting a ticket to Patreon, or whatever that was they suggested I do when I couldn't scan the patreon app using my landline. I don't have to like the phone, but it means I don't have to feel foolish paying Patreon to listen on Spotify. I hope you turkeys are proud of yourselves.

Here's your solution: The ad popped up, I said to myself "ah, Patreon is still being a bugger", then I tapped the skip ahead until I didn't hear an ad and moved on with my fucking day. Do you not realize they are talking about you on Your Stupid Opinions? Even after stating this, my opinion still doesn't matter and that's okay. FFS. We are not okay.

I'm having issues with downloads also. Either I can't download onto my computer to listen at a later time or I get taken to another page where the episode stops loading halfway. Also, what happened to the ad-free episodes opening on Spotify? This feature was available and one day simply disappeared entirely.

I love you guys and have been a supporter since the beginning but I can't do the awful commercials - I would be happy to pay more but life is too short for those ads - remember the little people...

I'm not sure if you saw my message posted but I'm having the same issue. Like you, I'm able to listen to an episode here or there, but the vast majority are blocked by the QR code that pops up. I've even tried to install a QR code reader, hoping it'd help me access the episode. Maybe I did it wrong, but it made no difference. It seems like there should be a way to upload videos on Patreon without being required to have the Patreon App, which isn't possible when watching on a laptop. In any case, I know others've encountered this problem, but I think we're in the minority. I'm optimistic that once they're able to iron out other tech wrinkles, they'll be able to resolve the issue we're having. Feathers crossed!

I still can't play episodes off of this website on my PC. Every time I try I get a QR code pop-up for an app that my PC can't find. I used to be able to listed to episodes here. Not any longer. I'm bummed. I love your shows :( Been subscribed for years...

I realized, whether you're able to address my accessibility issue or not, I'll continue paying. My mom is dying and I'm her only, round-the-clock caregiver (unpaid), so life is a beast right now. I don't know what it is about you two stone-cold strangers that warms my heart and lifts my spirits at such a dark and forlorn time; nevertheless, you get the job done. Five paltry dollars a month for providing a life raft in a sea of grief is quite a bargain, ads be damned.

You’ll be getting duplicates of episodes that have baked in ads. Just listen to the one that is shorter

I listen on my PC while I work and only a handful of shows are available for me to listen to. The rest, when I click on them a QR code comes up and tells me to download an app. Unfortunately Patreon doesn't have an app in the Microsoft store. Any ideas what I should do? Thank you in advance! Wasn't showing the duplicate episodes before, but after the update message was released, I started getting duplicate episodes. Both the ad-free episode and the one with baked in ads say (Ad-free) in the title. Not a big issue, but wanted to let you know what I've experienced if it helps you remedy the issue. Thanks guys. You've really increased the appeal to Patreon by including all the ad-free episodes.
