I feel like you are being harsch on Munyeong lol. It's said several times she has an anti social personality disorder. This is usually connected to sociopathy and psychopathy, so she isn't being mean just to be mean. She does bad things sometimes because she knows they will benefit her, but she doesn't understand why other people wouldn't do these things even if they're immoral, since they are beneficial. She obvs still has emotions, they just aren't very clear to her and she doesn't understand them. Just like Sangtae's autism affect his way of social interaction.

The point is, you're going to have to let them get there on their own and if they want clarification, I'm sure they will ask. They are watching it for the first time. Give them time.

Bluebeard was written by Charles Perrault who also wrote Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and Little Red Riding Hood, I thought it was a very well known tale, but maybe it’s only known in France. I love the relation between Sang Tae and Ko Mun Yeong. Because Antis Social Personality Disorder and autism spectrum disorder both involve emotional challenges and limitations, they can often be confused with one another or even misdiagnosed. So it’s nice to see those 2 characters interact and show the differences but also the similarities in their characters.

most of the things that you guys considered make mun yeong a bad person are symptoms of antisocial personality disorder. the manipulation, her being unable to tell when she's making someone feel bad, her not caring about consequences of her actions or the feelings of those around her, those are all symptoms of antisocial personality disorder, which is developed from childhood trauma. Mun Yeong is, in short, a sociopath.

What Moon Yeong really had during the 2 times where she sees the ghost of her mother above her bed is most assuredly sleep paralysis and that's why she seems unable to move, because she just physically can't. It's ep 6. why are we still using terms like "monster" and "demon" to describe moonyoung? Since the drama is about people who struggle with their mental health and the characters are written with such nuance and complexity that we know not see them as just black or white, good or bad... altho moonyoung is high functioning, she still has aspd on top of the ptsd she still struggles with bc of her past. I mean of course she often does questionable things without considering the consequences so it's ok to be frustrated by her actions but i wish we could refrain from using certain terms idk

also, I don't necessarily dislike Joo Ri, but I also don't find her crush on Gang-Tae to be endearing or cute at all. Having a lifelong crush on a friend that you waited years to mention does not give you any claim over them. She's also so quick to call Mun-Yeong crazy or bitch despite where she works and her understanding of mental illness and trauma. Idk, just where I'm at with that right now lol I don't hate her, just don't feel that bad either tbh
