You guys were totally right about Thornhill! It made sense that her character was involved somehow, but I could also have seen the only point of her character being to give Christina Ricci a cameo (since she played Wednesday in the 1990s version). It does seem crazy to me that she could have spent so much time teaching those kids and not come to see them as human beings and not just outcasts. Anyways, this was fun; can't wait for Season 2!

you guys mentioned not seeing any vampires, but one was actually shown! yoko, the girl with the sunglasses, is shown to be one when bianca sabotages enid's team for the poe cup! it's a very subtle line so it's easy to miss, but the reason wednesday steps up to help in the tournament is because (as enid says,) yoko had a bad allergic reaction to some garlic and wouldn't be able to participate 😉

Like someone else mentioned, the actress who plays Thornill (Christina Ricci) also played Wednesday in The Addams Family movies. So it's cool they gave her this character as an antagonist to her previous/same character.

As a character and for the story plot she would be. Just because she's the actress that played Wednesday, if she was just there as a feature then what relevance would she have for the plot?

I love that the thing that triggered Enid to turn was her concern for Wednesday. She was running to help her when she started to transform. Also that they finally hugged and it wasn't a quick one either, it was a long emotional hug. I know a lot of people ship Enid and Wednesday, but I think they are perfect as best friends, two sides of the same coin, they compliment each other so well!

Ms. Thornhill wouldn’t be irrelevant in the show even if she wasn’t the bad guy bc she played Wednesday in The Addams Family so she’s pretty relevant.

Jenna and the actor who plays Xavier actually just got done filming a romcom together so you should keep an eye out for that when it comes out!
