This is quite an interesting fusion dish... Tahini is the Mediterranean influence.. Coconut milk is Thai cuisine staple Spices of India.. And probably Kale being American ..? Vegan too I guess !!

Korbin mentioned in the beginning that it's not a traditional recipe. He never said it's Chana masala. Had a great time watching the video. The twins are amazing at pronunciations.

This looks like goan or kerala dish. This definitely is not chana masala. The coconut milk is used more in goan, konkani and kerala food

Idk what chickpea curry is (cuz no one calls it that lol), but this definitely ain't Chana Masala (which is the popular indian chickpea dish)

Loved the video. Kids are so cute... Typically we will have cashew paste instead of Tahini and Coriander in place of Kale.. Coconut milk is also a region specific option.
