It’s crazy that Richard lived through all of that for years, and then not only wrote a show based on his trauma, but relived it through his acting. This show does a great job of highlighting that there is no such thing as a perfect victim. And yet still, we should empathize and understand that he is a victim totally undeserving of what happened to him
