I think so as well. Too much planning would have to been done for it to make sense unless it was a emotional decision by Nadia an dthen they are still shrunk anyways. Ms Johnson is too smart to be this "careless" without a scheme in mind. Though could you imagine this scenario. Ms Johnson gets shrunk and it turns out the Mom from her first appearance is behind it all to get back for what happened to her son. highly unliky but what a throw back ending that would be.

I think its a real possibility. Ending the teacher makes it a "END" to this set of comics and new avenues can be explored in the world or just new comics. Ms johnson is insanely popular but now so is Nadia so someone ends here thats a big player in the universe

This makes me wonder if Nadia had the gun hacked as well. If shes saving them why shrink them in the first place if they cant come back unless she has a plan. Unless this is a remorse split decision. Ms johnson wouldnt know this so the threat is real to her. Second option is Ms Johnsom planned for this and its a final test to see if she can be trusted and the phrase "say good bye to your friend" from last update hits hard. The gun could of had limited power and then this wouldnt bode well for Nadia.
