This season was a breath of fresh air compared to the last for sure but the writers did a poor job explaining Enzo’s Stefan hate. I get it. He was jealous and doesn’t think Stefan appreciates him as a brother, but the way they did it was overkill for sure. It was a waste of a good character. It’s like they didn’t know what to do with him this season.

No Zuff, the doppelgänger curse that made Elena and Stefan fall in love was broken in S5. Also, Elena fell out of love with Stefan in S4. So that’s why she hasn’t gone back to him even though she lost her memories

It was so heartbreaking how Elena went from “he was my boyfriend, I loved him and he died, to “he’s stefan’s brother, he’s a monster, and he died.” Seeing the love she once had from damon, turn to hatred is depressing.
