Another possible clue in this episode that it's not Helly down there, but rather Helena, is that for all three of the guys there was a "ding" sound when they went down the elevator. Helly/Helena did not have the "ding." So maybe that sound symbolizes the shift from innie to outie and she did not have it, therefore, is definitely Helena.
