Actually kind of feel for Milchick as a fellow worker haha, that man is ALWAYS on the job and getting shit on from both directions lmao. Plus I think it’s interesting that all those kindness reforms were actually his idea, not his superiors like it was implied. Also the way I sighed in relief seeing that Irv was safe for the time being. He and Dylan need to reunite!

It’s interesting how Dylan feels like s1 Mark in this episode. Dylan is the most affected by Irvs death ( Like Mark when Petey was "fired" ). Petey left a visual map for Mark in his picture frame and Irv leaves written directions for Dylan in a poster frame.

Truly don't know how I summoned the self control to not watch this ep until this watchalong was up but was fully refreshing every few minutes for this 😅 Have not stopped thinking about last week's fucking phenomenal outing. Best show on tv right now, easily, and these reactions are absolutely top tier favorites.
