Really? I kept wondering during my first viewing if the writers knew they spoiled this for us or if maybe the viewer was supposed to know Elena was really alive. It made it hard for me to sympathize with Damon during the ordeal, he is all distraught for killing his girl and I kept thinking...don't worry, she is fine lol.

And the other thing is that Stefan is getting the worst of it instead of Damon, that's also a bit annoying. I like Damon but just because I like him doesn't mean I can't see his flaws.

What I don't like about this season is that they put the script too much in Damon's favor, for example, Bonnie would never say: that regardless of what Damon did he is willing to change. She would never say that, although later we find out that Elena is alive.
