ah i hate netflix translations!! dae-ho didn’t say “i wasn’t even in the military”❌ he actually said “i was a social service personnel”✅ which is an alternate form of military service for people who are mentally or physically unstable for actual military. idk i feel super bad for him, as in S2 he also said his dad basically bullied him his whole life, which is probably why he was so scared? i don’t think it’s fair to call him a “pu$$y”. i think a big point of this show is that we are all humans, and humans are scared, and it was a natural reaction for daeho to not be able to go back
