That was a GREAT listen. I'm of the opinion that labels are very constricting and probably counter-intuitive to the whole 'inclusion' narrative going in society right now... it doesn't make sense to me that when you label yourself, you end up getting 'siloed' and then set yourself up for exclusion. I even have trouble calling myself 'a photographer' and much prefer saying that 'i take photos' as my job! It's always funny the last 10-20 mins of your chats are the moment where there's a good meaty chunk of the conversation and then it ends for the sake of time limits! Double-edged sword here 😜
