I am the opposite of match fit and I can’t remember what’s good about me as an act. You know my stuff, i assume.
What jokes do I tell that you like? Not songs - I’ll likely do the sexy feminist song to close, but it’s TV bookers so I don’t want to come across as “the musical act” by having the 8 minute set be dominated by songs.

oh! And Alan Jones being a better person than you - with the wretching - BRILLIANT (could it be Piers Morgan in UK context?) and I think that whole bit about how we think we’re good people would play well with a general audience :-)
Also that bit in the resistance about guys with kind eyes and leather jackets and good politics hit me pretty hard but that might just reflect my preferences 😂

But I don't really regard you as a teller of jokes. You tell stories with a heart, often stories that resonate and make the listener think. Although I agree that the story about the guy you had the hots for and being given a lift to a place that wasn't your home and then having him come to a party at your real home is proper funny :)

I like your snippet about the only survival strategy babies have -- just because the idea of dropping the baby in a bin is nicely absurdist.
All of these. You had a monologue about having a crush on some guy in high school and joining a sports team just as an excuse to meet him I think. That comes to mind (it’s been awhile and I hope that was you, or this is worse than useless advice).
There’s that contextual dick joke from I think Mythos, but I feel like this is going to get awkward or awful if that’s too vague of a description and I try to go into more detail about it...
