Pills, you have done it! I was seduced too by your Lacan/Zizek video into reading philosophy. Great to see that you have learnt from the best. Coming from a different culture, this devotion to idols/images does not seem alien to me. But what seems strange is this current day belief in authenticity and positivity. It is not what others/icons tell them to do, it is naturally what they want. No other culture in history is this strange/infantile.

Love how the glasses keep showing us that 'Pills' is an image, by reflecting all the gear used to produce that. We never see the man behind the Pills-image in this one, those glasses stay on. As he is overproducing images 'he' can practice the (fatal) art of disappearing behind the name, behind the glasses, behind the images. Those glasses expose both the secrets of the Pills-image, showing how it is made and rendering it obscene, and the strategy of disappearance chosen by the man who transforms ideas from words into seductive images. Those glasses are this season's Baudrillardcore, worn by a fatal strategist.
