Thank you Christy for the clarification. So its just what has to be done to get some cash out of it. Obviously we are all Draymond supporters around here, but I can't really blame the guy if he is living check to check.

No prosecution in a civil case, only plaintiff/defendant. Plaintiff has to prove his case based on a "preponderance of the evidence" which is a much lower standard than a criminal case ("beyond a reasonable doubt"). But this will never make it to discovery, let alone trial. This will settle quickly and quietly, for only a fraction of what it would actually cost to take it to trial, and I seriously doubt any sort of public apology will be part of the settlement. (I'm an attorney, but I don't handle personal injury)

I think so..but at the same time he opened the door for that. If you living that lifestyle, you got to have some one that handles people when you out like that. Then its their case and you handle it quietly.
