That’s crazy y’all mentioned diabetes and fasting in same episode. Intermittent Fasting has been shown to decrease incidence of diabetes. It’s cuz you don’t constantly spike ur blood sugar, so ur not stressing your pancrease/insulin/metabolic process out to failure.
My bf won’t wear any other underwear besides Saxx ones, with the ball pouch haha. He swears by them. Most men I know wear Saxx. Vancouver Island Canadian girl here so maybe the ball pouch craze hasn’t hit L.A yet 😂
