Which Dragon Lair Maps should I make?
🕑 Added 2021-12-16 15:00:06 +0000 UTCAs expected, the Dragon Lair maps from Fizban's Treasury of Dragons did pretty well in the poll, so I will be moving forward with making someโif not allโof the lairs in the book between other map releases. DM's without dragons in their setting fear not: each map will have many variations and will be usable for all kinds of other encounters. I plan to use the book as inspiration, but to make the designs of the maps my own original ideas.
Please vote below for the ones you'd like to see me make. In case I don't make them all, I'd like to make the ones people want the most.

Here is a preview of one I've already started: the Bronze Dragon Lair. I will be putting my own "pirate" spin on many of these maps - this one is inspired by the Mayan Ruins of Tulum!

I'd like to see a Book Dragon! I imagine it as a small, owlish dragon that lives in a library and likes to steal and horde books <3
Would like to see something more outside the box, personally - how a chromatic dragon might adapt another environment into a lair (how a blue dragon taking up residence inside an abandoned mansion might look)

It would be amazing if you could think about and maybe incorporate some elements that could function as the relative lair actions of the dragons and maybe incorporate that into the variants or base maps... Like the animated statues of a brass dragon or the pools of water that a black dragon can use
