Chihuly is semu-local to my area so I've been to his museum, which has a really cool installation, and also saw his stuff at the Chystler Museum in Norfolk (which I would highly recommend). I've heard that his local highschool offers glassblowing as a class, but I was a touch too far away to go that school. The installations are pretty amazing to see in person imo.
