I think you're right - the pressures of her job, leadership and that semi recent paradox do indeed seem to be taking their toll on poor Jenny Smith there. I will say Jenny has an aversion to being naked. Rumour has it that she has certain countermeasures in place to ensure such a thing never happens...

I just hope something happens to that poor, super-stressed commander lady that lets her calm down and unwind (and hopefully results in her letting her hair down and getting naked). She's just seems so uptight, I'm genuinely worried for her long-term physical and mental well-being.
