Hate to be wrong, but I think Colby's gonna get it. I only see him losing to a great BJJ practitioner, or an powerful striker, but we saw what he did to Demian Maia, and Robbie Lawler. No way anyone is outwrestling him

Oh! Did you see how CP3 smarmed Scott Foster into T'ing up Jordan Bell for an untucked jersey? It was low-key hilarious and frankly revealing about both of those guys. CP3 is a freaking conniving, Machiavellian SOB, and Jordan Bell is a screwup. He was clearly the wrong Oregon Duck for us to keep; I wish we had kept Boucher as a project like Looney somehow. Ah well.

I hate all those "This is the only 41-4-7 stat-line posted by someone under 21 years old on a Tuesday in December with rain and over 30mph winds on an away game more than just one time zone away..." kind of bullshit stats. Even when it was Klay posting something insane one game, Steph the next, KD the third (always in terms of efficiency...40 points on 16 shots kind of insanity...) and Dray a few times a year, I rolled my eyes. That said, I don't see KP being just a C. Bosch. I think once he gets his confidence totally back, he'll take over his share of games, though as the 2nd option. If that's the case, you could see Seth Curry showing up as the 3rd option since he's got that efficient offense, he's a vet at this point, and even before the 30-point-game, he was showing flashes. But Luka is a year minimum before he'll have a real chance to win an MVP, and I don't see that roster winning a chip. All it takes is Luka going down for a few games at the wrong point in the playoffs and they'd be taken out. They need a big 3 but damned if I know who would fit beside Luka besides the typical off-ball 3-and-D wing. I do love watching that kid play though. He's so crafty, so patient, and manages to turn so many of his weaknesses into strengths, and his strengths into absolute insanity.

And btw,pls talk about Houston... I know you don't like them, but I really like your stuff on them. Idc if you just diss Harden for about 15 or talk about how they always choke in the playoffs. Your takes on Houston are my favourites regardless.

I think in order to stop AD, one of the clippers defenders have to emulate Draymond Green. Challenge late on perimeter shots, being extra physical, and stay connected to stop lobs... and ofc that's much easier said than done. But I think Kawhi and PG (Kawhi in particular) is fine on Lebron.

One thing to note about Luka is he is a good offball player. Still surprising as Dallas apparently is the best offense of all time according to offensive rating. Also why is luka so loved while harden is so hated?
