I hear all this trade talk about Drummond, what about the Warriors as a buyer for him? Trade DLO, a guy who got maxed out and maybe like a second rounder straight up for Drummond. Detroit is probably gonna trade D Rose for a pick anyways and now you don't have to give up EP or our first rounder for someone like KAT. Draft a SF and now you have Curry, Klay, the draft pick, Dray and Drummond with EP and Looney coming off the bench. Don't know if Detroit would do it though but at least they'd be getting a young guard who's already been an allstar.

Yeaa I feel you Thomas. My biggest concern with any team maxing Drummond, is he isn’t even a top tier rim defender and isn’t a versatile defender in general, just an elite rebounder. But, it seems they are looking for that ‘splashy mistake,’ all power to them.

I think Atlanta is really looking for a strong defensive center and they think Drummond is the best they could possibly acquire in the next few years. Plus they have cap room and teams with cap room tend to make some pretty splashy mistakes.

If Atlanta gives up anything of true value for Drummond that team will never be a contender. Especially if they plan to max him after which I assume is their plan which I really can’t wrap my mind around.

Hearing what Poole did in the g league, it was hard watching him miss like that. Feel so bad for the dude. As you pointed out, the dudes are bigger in the real show, but still, he misses wide open stuff!

Well... Logically speaking, there's no way they'd do that, but as you said, Philly has been very agressive and short sighted. They did get rid of Shamet, Robco, Saric, and Fultz for basically nothing. They make a lot of terrible decisions.
