Creation of a new Patron Tier Soon.
🕑 Added 2015-04-28 15:48:12 +0000 UTC I'm going to set a new Tier soon, like, after the end of this month, because patrons joining it at the end of April would be wasting their money. It's going to be a 10$ tier, and this is basically a request raffle. Each month I'm going to do a raffle from the 1rst to the 10th were every 10$ patrons can throw their request for a picture or comic page they'd like to see made. It can be anything as long as it's in the fairies vs tentacle universe, and within my established commission boundaries (No gore, no scat, no lolicon). On the 10th, I will pick a random request, and draw it full color. The picture will be available to see by 5$ and 10$ patrons, but the request can only be done at the higher tier. Also, for fairness of giving all the participant a chance to get their picture, the winners of the previous raffles won't be able to be picked up for 2 "turns" in the next raffle. That mean, if their name comes up when I pick a winner, I'll ignore it and pick another, and if I end up picking their name 3 times in a row, well damn I'll do their picture then, cause lady luck seem to really want it lol. So? what do you ladies and gentlemen think? Does it sound like a good idea?Comments

I think $10 is way to low for a raffle tier. Honestly i have payed for raffles that are expensive better chance of winning less nickel and dime people.

Good point. I checked a couple patreons, and people still seem to do raffles. Meh, if the phrasing is a bother, I'll call it a contest where I "pick" the idea I like or something like that, i'm not worried.

I like the idea of a higher payment tier, but I thought Patreon recently banned raffles as they could be considered a form of gambling. I would double-check their policy page to be sure.
