If you meet an important person on the beach, you're both in bathing suit, all is cool and fun. But you wouldn't show up at their house in bathing suit, would you?

It took me a minute to realize that the top two panels were one scene and the bottom four were another. Seemed obvious after the fact but you might want to label them somehow. :)
There's no rule, but it's traditional that formal encounter should be done with clothes on. Fairies are not offended by nudity, but just like you don't show up to a wedding, funeral, or in court in jeans and t-shirt, there's a time and place.

Ok, I think one of the little sidestory strips needs to address when/why fairies wear clothes. Because they're naked alot and I don't get why it's a problem now.
