yes, do it manually! Select the objects, File / Export / alembic - only selected. Also turn on "facesets" in the options, so you can reassign the textures easily later.

awesome work! Is there any way to bake simulations done in RDBLab to alembic? Im following your amazing helicopter tutorial and when i bake to alembic using RDBLab export options it only exports the proxy mesh. im looking to export RDBLab simulations via alembic so i can use them in Unreal Engine
