Pokemon VN - Version b1.0
🕑 Added 2017-02-19 21:00:12 +0000 UTC Hello everybody!We are incredibly proud to finally release the first half of our VN to the public. You'll be able to experience about 50% of the story of Zangoose as he goes in his first rescue mission.
Keep in mind that this is the very first version of the game and, although we've had a couple of days of beta-testing by the community, there might still be some details we still gotta polish. Right now the game has no sound and only part of the menus has been completed so far (You'll also notice we still haven't decided on a name yet hahaha).
Still, we hope that what we've made so far allows you to have a nice time :)

Thanks for the feedback! I went with that font for this build of the game because that is the same font that the pokemon mystery dungeon games use, but I'll be taking what you said about it's readability in consideration for the next versions of the game
That was quite nice, with some music and tasteful sounds it sounds quite promising. I just have a small opinionated comment about the font: While I realize that it's supposed to be pixelated to follow with the art style of this, I found that it is sometimes slightly smudged and hard to read. Absolutely nothing that stops you, just slows you down just a tiny bit, and since you probably want to create immersion in these kind of games it's probably good to minimize things that hinder the experience, but hey, just a thought!

Ooooh, that was not only a pretty good read, but a pretty enjoyable story, leaving me wanting to know more of what happens next! I like the pixel-art style you used for the characters, and can only wait for more of them lovely animations of yours <3 I think I could offer a bit of feedback regarding the overall thing, but right now, I can tell this is a very promising project!
