TFTC! Lovely chapter as always. I love that you have such a consistently high language level. I read a lot of new/indie authors, so it's not always the case. That's also why this surprised me so much! "You're ego's writing cheques your passing range can't handle." (You're -> Your) ;)

Just one line from Henri (which was pure gold btw) is not enough for a fix, and while it's awesome that Pascal's coming back, I still feel disappointed for him. Edit Suggestions: "Some people want to make everything about themself." -- themself -> themselves (this sentence as written sounds really weird to me) The interplay between Peter, Dan, and myself was all angles. -- myself -> me (I think I remember Max complaining about people using reflexive pronouns incorrectly, so I can understand keeping this as is) CA120 and 125. -- missing a space after CA "Property magnet," mumbled Emma. -- magnet -> magnate
