Next chapter could pick up where chapter 42 left off, with maybe Karen and Nina getting closer and everyone coming to terms with the events from said chapter.

Forgive me I do not know anyone's names off the top of my head at the time of this comment. But what if it's a chapter with Jenna taking Karen to the black female doctor for a checkup and they run into her mom and the nun also getting a check up. In the waiting room are the other girls she's impregnated. All in various degrees of the pregnancy. Kinky hijinx as usual end up happening. If not for this chapter you can keep that idea I don't mind.
