I don't know why that happens, but Try changing the name of the main folder (example rosariaXXXX etc) change it to RosariaMod,

Once again a great job but I have a question and I don't mean it in a bad way why don't your models save the settings you make or can make on them. For example with Rosaria and Shenhe every time I use the option to show and hide certain aspects and then reset the game with F10 everything is reset to factory or just when I start the game I have to reset everything I set the day before other mods save the settings related to clothing etc.
