🕑 Added 2024-02-08 14:54:19 +0000 UTCI received some surprisingly good news from my doctor today. Previously, it was expected that I would not be able to step on my foot for about a month. But the doctor said that the healing is going perfectly, I have almost no pain and swelling. Today they attached the sole to a cast and told me that I can start stepping on my foot. But Iβm scared, so I will very carefully get used to the loads.
At the very least, I'm glad that now I can sit straight at the computer and drawing will not be painful for the lower back ;w;

Spent last night battling constant calf muscle cramps. At least this morning the swelling has subsided so the area just aches. Thanks!!

Good news. Now I am down with a high ankle sprain I incurred while training today. Itβs sore but tomorrow is not so much running and jumping.
