And would be a good explanation of that toxic dynamic of not accepting himself and reasserting his idea of heterosexuality at every opportunity, but at the same time not letting Andy go for good when he have had plenty chance for that.
That last panel alone would explain many things, but I've little doubt that next page will be even more insightful.
He totally loves Andy. The way he looks at him throughout the series, the New Year's kiss, the failed call at the end of Volume 1.
