Well it'll sound weird, but fuck it I'll write it out anyway. Cooper should kiss Andy and fuck his brains out. Because for who he is, it would make sense. For all of Cooper's desire to talk, he is not a man of words. He's a man of action, driven by his heart and not his head. Andy is the one to analyze and rant about things, while Cooper is more likely to stumble over words and only speak when out of options. But again, just my observation.
