I updated the Tray files on 2025/10/02 to fix a few small issues, including misaligned trees after placement and a leftover wall decoration (a socket).
These donāt affect gameplay, so if you downloaded the build before this date, feel free to ignore the update š¤

Hi Bilker š¤ Thank you so much for your comment :) it truly made my day! For Brussels in Winter, the lot unfortunately still has crashing issues in game, so Iāve decided itās best to completely build a new street/community lot to keep everything stable and safe to use. I also really agree with your suggestion, Iāll definitely be adding more community lots moving forward. Iāve done a few in the past, like the Nobu restaurant, but itās been a while, so I think itās time to bring more variety back again! Hi just want to check is Brussels in winter re-released ? I love it so much and had been waiting for it. Also wish for more builds with different functions! (not only apartments or houses) You built an incredible street and community, which truly impressed me!

Hi Wendy š¤ Thank you so much for your kind words, it truly means a lot to me and Iām so grateful for your support! Iām so happy you joined me and are enjoying the builds š„° If it takes a while for the lot to place, thatās usually due to the larger amount of CC in big builds, the loading time can be different for everyoneās computer. 1. Since many of my houses share the same CC, try putting all CC into one folder and let your computer replace any duplicates ā you only need to keep one copy of each CC piece. This keeps things tidy and avoids repeats, and also helps prevent the game from slowing down. 2. Make sure all CC is in the Mods folder without too many subfolders (I recommend no more than 3 levels deep). That way the game can read everything more smoothly. 3. You can also test by placing a smaller lot first (like an apartment) to see if the loading time improves, this helps rule out if itās an issue with the save or mods versus just the larger builds. āØ About my ReShade preset: The .ini file you saw in ini. is my ReShade preset. itās what makes my game look the same as in my GIFs. To use it, youāll first need to download ReShade here: https://reshade.me During setup, you can create a folder for presets and then just drop the .ini file in there. If itās your first time using ReShade, Iād recommend looking up āhow to install ReShade Sims 4ā on YouTube there are lots of step-by-step videos that walk you through the process.
