State of the game
🕑 Added 2017-09-25 08:10:10 +0000 UTC In between hunting for a shiny new phylactery for my body to complete it's transformation into ero-lich, I've been working on things that won't be hurt too much by the mental fog of looming undeath.One of those things is a State of the Game report, with some info on art and some fun news, as well as a section-by-section breakdown on how development is stacking up to the planned development schedule. (To save you from reading the whole thing if you aren't interested, we're ahead of schedule.) The report is attached below :)
I'm going to be doing a little more work on non-code stuff, and eventually give up tomorrow on waiting to get better, and just start coding again, since my body doesn't seem to be cooperating on that front.
The next release will be in early October. I want to get as much in as feasible for a release that will eventually go public, so I'll have a better idea of the exact time a little later.

We will reach the simulation portion before the end of phase 1 :) Content refers primarily to writing and specific scenarios. Things like storylines at your job, more personality for NPCs, and the like

Question: according to your timeline. You are planning on putting more emphasis on content at around the middle of next year (May of 2018), does that mean we will not get to the game's main loop until then? Or will there be a way to see the simulation working at some point without being presented with a "To Be Continued" ferwell message?

As a text-based game, I'm not sure that a screenshot would really be what you're looking for. I recommend checking out the public version to see if the concept interests you.

I've had my eyes on this for a while. Development has been fairly slow but consistent. I think it might be a better idea to check on this a year later or so.
