First Milestone!
🕑 Added 2015-09-06 07:56:31 +0000 UTC Thanks all! We hit the first milestone today, something I didn't think would happen for months if ever at all. I cannot thank you all enough as your support in this first month is genuinely lifesaving for the site and future development, not to mention enormously humbling.With the first milestone reached, my first goal will be to give several important guides on the site a major update and overhaul. Currently however I am neck deep already in rewriting the SexLab API documentation and guide for modders and preparing the site for a major forum software update and re-organization. once that is done, my priority shall be updating the user guides to help people along in properly installing and troubleshooting problems.
Also as a reminder, anybody backing at the $5+ tier, which comes with disabled ads, loosened download restrictions, and the 'supporter' member title; if you haven't received this benefit yet and it is something you want, contact me (ashal) on the forums or let me know here in this post and I'll get it taken care of as soon as possible. Same goes if you have any sort of question.

In case anyone actually reads this: I still cannot find a way to disable the 25secon wait for every download to start so I assume the site intentionally forces that. The first download always fails. Immediately click download again. Second almost always succeeds. A third try is sometimes needed and always works if so. So the download process is: Click download. Wait 25 seconds for it to start. Get the fail message. Click download again. Wait 25 seconds for it to start. It will then actually start.

I signed up on LL today (also as pimpdaddy) and verified my email. I added LL to my Patreon ($5 per month). When I try to download the SexLab Framework or Vampire Feeding I get the 25 second countdown, then the “save as” windows dialog. But then the download fails with: Needs authorization” error. I use Chrome. I've tried with a download manager that willenter my LL login and without a download manager. What do I need to do to stop the 25 second delay for a download to start? What do I need to do to be able to download files?

Not sure what you're referring to, can you be more specific? Can't download a certain file or any at all? Or does the download complete and you can't open it? Using a download manager?

Ah, missed it when setting things up. Should be fixed now, check again and let me know, and make sure you're logged in on mobile.

Not a complaint, just an interesting aside that you might not be able to do anything about - ads still show up on the mobile version.
